Onsite repair fees include traveling and first 30 minutes onsite or part thereof. There after standard hourly fees apply.
Pickup & Drop-off Repair include free 10 minute onsite consultation and cover both trips.
Rate of R12.50 per kilometre applies if call-out distance from base to site exceeds distance of standard call-out area. Prior arrangements can be made to negotiate the fee based on factors that impact travel time and cost.
